SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students must submit pieces for show NO LATER than SATURDAY OCTOBER 22.
Student artwork submitted for the show must be NO LARGER than 10"x10". Art work can be in a variety of media - oil paint, watercolor, pastel, pencil, charcoal. Sculptures may also be submitted, in which case the size limitations will be up to the teacher's discretion.
Submitted pieces MUST BE clearly labeled on back with students name, students age, art work title, and price. We will take care of wiring and matting (if necessary) of the pieces. Sculptures must be submitted in a finished state, mounted, painted, etc.
All un-sold pieces must be taken home with artists on day of event. If you can not attend the event and you have submitted pieces, they must be picked up as soon as possible after the event. This clears up space in our small studios and ensures that the art work does not get damaged or lost!! Thank you! |
